Such kind of incidents happens very rarely that MI waited for 4 matches to open an account in the point table. After so many ups and downs with the team, MI team bought happiness on the faces of Mumbai Indians fan. MI won the match against RCB with 46 runs although, the hearts were broken of MI fans as Rohit couldn’t achieve the deserved century and fell short by 6 runs only.
MI Proved that They are Still in the Game
and Don’t Try to Underestimate.
This
is a grand come back for the MI after 3 successive defeats and warned the
opponent teams that MI is still a defending champion and attitude is as it is
as shown in a previous season. On the bowling side, in the very first over;
Umesh Yadav had got Suryakumar Yadav and Ishan Kishan out in two successive
balls and didn’t let them to even contact the bat to ball (both were stumped
out) and broke the spinal core of MI.
Unexpected: Virat played first and the last
ball of the Innings but couldn’t deliver victory to RCB
Yes,
it’s something very strange. Virat scored unbeaten 92* runs in just 62 balls
and still, couldn’t manage to register second win in the IPL season 2018. I
would not blame Virat completely for not bringing the smile back on RCB fans
because Virat has held one end very tightly but on the other end, his fellow
players couldn’t save their wickets and hence, the required run rate increased.
(Once 77 required in just 12 balls.) Krunal Pandya (3 wickets) and Mitchell
McClenaghan (2 wickets) broke the batting line-ups very badly. Thus, Virat
Kohli’s shines in vain.

Thanks, Hardik Panya for classy Shots:
Hardik
hit 2 Yes bank Maximum and 1 boundaries and reached MI score to 214. His score
was 17 runs in just 5 balls. A short and stormy inning played by Hardik
although he couldn’t perform well in his bowling spell.
Well,
sometimes, it’s just not your day like yesterday wasn’t a day for Virat and his
squad. Best of Luck Guys for the Next Match!!!
